Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete it takes us 1-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. 

  • Express shipping: 3-7 business days (Excluding weekends) 
  • Standard shipping: 7-14 business days. (Excluding weekends) 

Shipping is also based on your location, please expect 1-3 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option. 

DELIVERY 

Your package does not include the original retail box. Since we are a wholesaler and not a retailer your package will be delivered brand new directly from our factory and not packaged.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

To track your package please visit your shipping carriers website below. If you don't have your tracking number and it's been more than 5 business days since your order please email Support@tayys.com
